Abstract
Putus sekolah adalah masalah yang krusial di bidang pendidikan dan dapat berdampak negatif pada kemajuan suatu negara. Di Indonesia, putus sekolah masih menjadi perkara yang menantang, terutama di daerah terpencil dan masyarakat miskin. Pendekatan CBR (Community Based Research) adalah suatu metode penelitian yang melibatkan partisipasi aktif dari komunitas yang diteliti dalam setiap tahap dari proses penelitian. Kesimpulan PKM yang dilakukan dengan fokus pada penguatan revitalisasi kesetaraan gender melalui peran manajemen kurikulum dalam mengatasi masalah putus sekolah di SMA Bumi Sejahtera Cibungbulang, Bogor yaitu : Identifikasi Faktor Penyebab: Faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan masalah putus sekolah, seperti masalah ekonomi, norma budaya, dan kurangnya model peran. Integrasi Kesetaraan Gender dalam Kurikulum: Integrasi aspek kesetaraan gender dalam manajemen kurikulum adalah langkah strategis untuk menanggulangi masalah putus sekolah. Dalam hal ini, pendekatan yang mengintegrasikan aspek kesetaraan gender dengan pendekatan akhlak dan kebiasaan terbukti efektif. Pemberdayaan Perempuan: Integrasi kesetaraan gender dalam kurikulum membantu dalam pemberdayaan perempuan, memberikan mereka kesempatan yang sama dalam pengembangan spiritual dan akademis. Peningkatan Kualitas Pembelajaran: Pembiasaan sebelum pembelajaran dimulai, seperti sholat Dhuha, meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dengan menciptakan suasana yang kondusif untuk belajar. Pengembangan Karakter: Integrasi pendekatan akhlak dan kebiasaan dalam kurikulum membantu dalam pengembangan karakter siswa, membentuk nilai-nilai seperti disiplin, tanggung jawab, dan ketekunan.
Dropping out of school is a crucial problem in the field of education and can have a negative impact on a country's progress. In Indonesia, dropping out of school is still a challenging matter, especially in remote areas and poor communities. The CBR (Community Based Research) approach is a research method that involves active participation from the community being studied in every stage of the research process. The conclusion of the PKM which was carried out with a focus on strengthening the revitalization of gender equality through the role of curriculum management in overcoming the problem of dropping out of school at SMA Bumi Sejahtera Cibungbulang, Bogor, namely: Identifying Causal Factors: Factors that cause the problem of dropping out of school, such as economic problems, cultural norms, and lack of role models. Integration of Gender Equality in the Curriculum: Integration of gender equality aspects in curriculum management is a strategic step to overcome the problem of dropping out of school. In this case, an approach that integrates aspects of gender equality with a moral and habitual approach has proven to be effective. Women Empowerment: Integration of gender equality in the curriculum helps in empowering women, providing them equal opportunities in spiritual and academic development. Improving the Quality of Learning: Habituation before learning begins, such as the Dhuha prayer, improves the quality of learning by creating an atmosphere that is conducive to learning. Character Development: The integration of moral and habitual approaches in the curriculum helps in developing students' character, forming values such as discipline, responsibility and perseverance.
