Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji rekonstruksi kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) berbasis nilai-nilai moderasi beragama. PAI memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik, baik dalam aspek moral, spiritual, dan sosial. Kurikulum PAI yang berbasis moderasi beragama diharapkan dapat menanamkan nilai-nilai seperti toleransi, empati, keadilan, dan penghargaan terhadap perbedaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kajian literatur untuk menganalisis tantangan yang dihadapi dalam pendidikan agama dan merumuskan tujuan kurikulum yang mengintegrasikan pengembangan karakter dan pemahaman keberagaman. Selain itu, penelitian ini membahas pentingnya pengembangan konten kurikulum yang relevan dengan perkembangan zaman, termasuk penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dan membuat pembelajaran lebih efektif dan menarik. Profesionalisme guru menjadi aspek penting dalam implementasi kurikulum ini, yang dicapai melalui pelatihan dan pengembangan kompetensi. Evaluasi dan pemantauan kurikulum perlu dilakukan secara berkelanjutan untuk memastikan efektivitas dan relevansi kurikulum yang diterapkan. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam membentuk generasi muda yang toleran, berpengetahuan luas, dan memiliki karakter yang kuat untuk berkontribusi positif dalam kehidupan sosial.


This study aims to examine the reconstruction of the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) curriculum based on the values of religious moderation. PAI plays a significant role in shaping students' character in moral, spiritual, and social aspects. The curriculum based on religious moderation is expected to instill values such as tolerance, empathy, justice, and respect for differences. This research uses a literature review method to analyze the challenges faced in religious education and to formulate curriculum objectives integrating character development and understanding of diversity. Furthermore, the study discusses the importance of developing curriculum content that aligns with current trends, including the use of technology in learning to enhance student engagement and make learning more effective and enjoyable. Teacher professionalism is a key element in the curriculum's implementation, achieved through training and competency development. Curriculum evaluation and monitoring should be conducted continuously to ensure its effectiveness and relevance. The findings of this study are expected to contribute to the formation of a knowledgeable, tolerant generation with strong character capable of positively contributing to society
