Abstract
Pendidikan Nasional berfungsi mengembangkan kemampuan dan membentuk watak serta peradaban bangsa yang bermartabat dalam rangka mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa, bertujuan untuk berkembangnya potensi peserta didik agar menjadi manusia yang beriman dan bertaqwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, berakhlak mulia, sehat berilmu, cakap, kreatif, mandiri dan menjadi warga Negara yang demokratis serta bertanggung jawab. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Studi Hubungan (Interrelationship Studies) yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tata tertib asrama dan keaktifan osis terhadap kedisplinan siswa. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa tata tertib asrama memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kedisiplinan siswa. Siswa yang tinggal di asrama dengan tata tertib yang ketat dan diterapkan secara konsisten menunjukkan tingkat kedisiplinan yang lebih tinggi. Tata tertib asrama membantu menciptakan lingkungan yang teratur, di mana siswa terbiasa mengikuti aturan, menghargai waktu, dan bertanggung jawab atas perilaku mereka.
National Education functions to develop abilities and shape the character and civilization of a dignified nation in order to educate the life of the nation, aiming to develop the potential of students to become human beings who have faith and devotion to God Almighty, have noble character, are healthy, knowledgeable, capable, creative, independent and become democratic and responsible citizens. The form of research used in this research is Interrelationship Studies which aims to determine the influence of dormitory rules and student council activity on student discipline. This research found that dormitory rules and regulations have a significant influence on student discipline. Students who live in dormitories with strict and consistently implemented rules demonstrate a higher level of discipline. Hostel rules help create an orderly environment, where students are used to following rules, respecting time, and being responsible for their behavior.
