Abstract
Dua ibadah penting dalam Islam, haji dan umrah, melibatkan perjalanan ke Tanah Suci Mekah. Untuk memastikan bahwa haji dan umrah berjalan dengan lancar, aman, dan nyaman bagi para jamaah, sangat penting untuk memiliki manajemen yang baik. Dalam artikel ini, konsep, masalah, dan pendekatan manajemen haji dan umrah dibahas, dengan penekanan khusus pada inovasi sebagai kunci untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas layanan. Selain itu, penelitian mengaitkan "Haji dan Inovasi: Investigasi Proses Inovasi Pelayanan Haji dalam Negeri" dengan perbaikan manajemen haji melalui inovasi. Tingginya permintaan haji di Indonesia menyebabkan banyak masalah. Yang paling menonjol adalah bagaimana dana haji dikelola oleh Badan Pengelola Keuangan Haji (BPKH). Transparansi dan efektivitas pengelolaan dana sangat penting karena hal ini dapat mempengaruhi biaya dan ketersediaan bagi calon anggota. Kebijakan dan praktik pengelolaan dana haji memerlukan analisis dari sudut pandang siyasah maliyah, yang berkaitan dengan prinsip ekonomi Islam. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi perdebatan terkait kenaikan biaya perjalanan haji di Indonesia tahun 2023, dengan fokus pada peran dan kinerja BPKH dalam mengelola dana haji. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan transparansi, efisiensi, dan akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan dana haji, sehingga memberikan kepastian dan kepercayaan kepada jamaah haji mengenai pengelolaan dana mereka.
Two important pilgrimages in Islam, the hajj and umrah, involve travel to the Holy Land of Mecca. To ensure that the Hajj and Umrah run smoothly, safely and comfortably for the pilgrims, it is very important to have good management. In this article, the concepts, problems and approaches to Hajj and Umrah management are discussed, with special emphasis on innovation as the key to improving efficiency and quality of services. In addition, the research links "Hajj and Innovation: Investigation of the Innovation Process of Domestic Hajj Services" with improving Hajj management through innovation. The high demand for Hajj in Indonesia causes many problems. What stands out most is how Hajj funds are managed by the Hajj Financial Management Agency (BPKH). Transparency and effectiveness of fund management is very important because this can affect costs and availability for prospective members. Hajj fund management policies and practices require analysis from the perspective of siyasah maliyah, which is related to Islamic economic principles. The aim of this research is to identify the debate regarding the increase in Hajj travel costs in Indonesia in 2023, with a focus on the role and performance of BPKH in managing Hajj funds. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide recommendations for increasing transparency, efficiency and accountability in the management of Hajj funds, thereby providing certainty and confidence to Hajj pilgrims regarding the management of their funds.
