Tolerance is an attitude of respecting all existing differences in order to create a peaceful and harmonious environment. Schools become a gathering place for students with many differences between one student and another. Thus, the attitude of tolerance becomes important to instill in students, which is certainly not separate from the teacher's strategy in instilling that attitude of tolerance within the school or classroom environment. The purpose of this research is to answer the research question regarding the teacher's strategies in instilling a sense of tolerance in students when responding to differences in beliefs. The research method used is the library research method. The data collection technique employs documentation techniques, which involve searching various scientific sources in both online and offline libraries, including books, journals, notes, magazines, and reports of previous research. Then the collected data is analyzed. The research results show that the strategies employed by teachers to instill a sense of tolerance in students of different beliefs include introducing differences and attitudes of tolerance, providing motivation, arranging seating positions, dividing worship places for students of different beliefs, and implementing a contribution-based learning approach, where teachers become role models, dividing study groups with students of different beliefs, and utilizing educational learning media for students.
