Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pendekatan psikologi yang diterapkan oleh guru dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran di Sekolah Dasar, dengan fokus pada studi kasus di SDN 023 Tenggarong. Efektivitas pembelajaran di sekolah dasar sangat dipengaruhi oleh interaksi antara guru dan siswa, di mana pendekatan psikologi dapat memainkan peran penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung perkembangan siswa secara optimal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus yang melibatkan observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru di SDN 023 Tenggarong mengaplikasikan berbagai teknik psikologis, seperti pendekatan motivasional, pengelolaan emosi, serta pemberian perhatian individual kepada siswa untuk mengatasi berbagai tantangan pembelajaran. Pendekatan ini terbukti dapat meningkatkan partisipasi siswa, mengurangi perilaku negatif, dan memfasilitasi pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran yang lebih baik. Temuan ini memberikan gambaran penting tentang bagaimana guru dapat memanfaatkan prinsip-prinsip psikologi untuk menciptakan suasana kelas yang lebih efektif dan kondusif bagi perkembangan akademik dan sosial siswa. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan praktik pendidikan, khususnya dalam meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran di sekolah dasar melalui pendekatan psikologis yang lebih terintegrasi.
