Abstract
Penelitian ini mengkaji penerapan nilai-nilai kesetaraan gender dalam pengelolaan pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di SD 05 Binanga Dua. Pokok masalah yang diangkat adalah bagaimana nilai-nilai kesetaraan gender diintegrasikan dalam proses pembelajaran dan faktor-faktor yang menghambat atau mendukung penerapannya, serta dampaknya terhadap sikap dan perilaku siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis penerapan kesetaraan gender dalam pembelajaran PAI, mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerapan tersebut, serta menilai dampaknya terhadap sikap dan perilaku siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dengan guru, siswa, dan orang tua, serta analisis dokumen terkait kebijakan dan materi ajar di sekolah. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk memahami dinamika penerapan kesetaraan gender dalam pembelajaran PAI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai kesetaraan gender telah diintegrasikan dalam pembelajaran melalui pemilihan materi ajar yang seimbang dan pelatihan bagi guru. Namun, terdapat faktor penghambat seperti pengaruh budaya patriarkal dan pemahaman yang terbatas tentang kesetaraan gender di kalangan beberapa guru dan masyarakat. Meskipun demikian, penerapan kesetaraan gender ini berdampak positif terhadap sikap siswa, terutama dalam meningkatkan rasa saling menghargai antara laki-laki dan perempuan, serta menumbuhkan sikap inklusif yang lebih adil. Kesimpulannya, penerapan kesetaraan gender dalam pembelajaran PAI di SD 05 Binanga Dua sudah mulai berjalan dengan baik, meskipun masih membutuhkan dukungan yang lebih intensif dari berbagai pihak untuk mengatasi hambatan yang ada.
This study examines the application of gender equality values in the management of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at SD 05 Binanga Dua. The main problem raised is how gender equality values are integrated into the learning process and the factors that hinder or support its implementation, as well as its impact on students' attitudes and behavior. The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of gender equality in PAI learning, identify factors that influence the implementation, and assess its impact on students' attitudes and behavior. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection was carried out through observation, in-depth interviews with teachers, students, and parents, and analysis of documents related to policies and teaching materials at the school. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively to understand the dynamics of the application of gender equality in PAI learning. The results of the study indicate that gender equality values have been integrated into learning through the selection of balanced teaching materials and training for teachers. However, there are inhibiting factors such as the influence of patriarchal culture and limited understanding of gender equality among some teachers and the community. Nevertheless, the implementation of gender equality has a positive impact on students' attitudes, especially in increasing mutual respect between men and women, as well as fostering a more just inclusive attitude. In conclusion, the implementation of gender equality in Islamic Religious Education learning at SD 05 Binanga Dua has started to run well, although it still requires more intensive support from various parties to overcome existing obstacles.
