SMPTQ Abi Ummi adalah Lembaga sekolah yang memiliki program tahfidz al-Qur’an untuk semua siswanya, peneliti menemukan adanya manajemen pembelajaran tahfidz Al-qur’an yang efektif untuk ketercapaian siswa tingkat menengah pertama. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui manajemen pembelajaran tahfidz al-Qur’an untuk ketercapaian target di SMPTQ Abi Ummi Boyolali yang meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, Pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi teknik observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa SMPTQ Abi Ummi telah melaksanakan manajemen pembelajaran yang meliputi (1) perencanaan pembelajaran tahfidz al-Qur’an untuk ketercapaian target hafalan: pertama, menentukan target hafalan; kedua, menentukan alokasi waktu ; ketiga, merumuskan sistem seleksi peserta didik ; keempat, mengadakan program khusus untuk membantu ketercapaian target hafalan. (2) Pengorganisasian pembelajaran tahfidz al-Qur’an untuk ketercapaian target hafalan dilaksanakan untuk menentukan struktur dan tugas ustadz/ustadzah serta menentukan kelompok pembelajaran tahfizh. (3) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran tahfidz Al-Qur’an untuk ketercapaian target hafalan yang efektif dan kondusif meliputi kegiatan tilawah, menghafal dan murajaah atau mengulang hafalan. (4) Evaluasi pembelajaran tahfidz al-Qur’an dilaksanakan dengan melakukan rapat atau musyawarah dan melihat hasil belajar serta kemampuan siswa dengan menyesuaikan indikator yang telah ditentukan pihak sekolah.
Abstract
SMPTQ Abi Ummi is a school institution that has a tahfidz al-Qur'an program for all its students, researchers found an effective management of learning tahfidz Al-qur'an for the achievement of junior high school students. The purpose of this study was to determine the management of learning tahfidz al-Qur'an for the achievement of targets at SMPTQ Abi Ummi Boyolali which includes planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating learning. This study uses a qualitative approach and descriptive research methods. Data collection techniques include observation techniques, interviews and documentation studies. The results of the study show that SMPTQ Abi Ummi has implemented learning management which includes (1) planning the learning of tahfidz al-Qur'an for the achievement of the memorization target: first, determining the memorization target; second, determine the time allocation; third, formulate a student selection system; fourth, holding a special program to help achieve the target of memorization. (2) Organizing tahfidz al-Qur'an learning to achieve the target of memorization is carried out to determine the structure and duties of the ustadz/ustadzah and determine the tahfizh learning group. (3) The implementation of tahfidz Al-Qur'an learning to achieve effective and conducive memorization targets includes recitation activities, memorizing and murajaah or repeating memorization. (4) Evaluation of tahfidz al-Qur'an learning is carried out by holding meetings or deliberation and seeing learning outcomes and students' abilities by adjusting indicators that have been determined by the school.
