Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana manajemen rekrutmen santri Ma'had Tahfidz Bina Madani Bogor dan Ma'had Tahfidz Uhud Cianjur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan coding data, kategorisasi data dan interpretasi data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa, kegiatan manajemen rekrutmen santri mencakup proses perencanaan rekrutmen dan pelaksanaan rekrutmen santri. Proses pelaksanaan rekrutmen diantaranya adalah: 1) Pembentukan Panitia Penerimaan Santri Baru. 2) Rapat Panitia Penerimaan santri Tahfidz. 3) Pembuatan dan pemasangan pengumuman. 4) Pendaftaran. 5) Seleksi. 6) Penentuan Santri yang diterima. 7) Pengumuman santri yang diterima. 8) Daftar Ulang. Proses terakhir yakni; 9) Orientasi Santri.
Abstract
This study aims to see how the management of the student recruitment of Ma'had Tahfidz Bina Madani Bogor and Ma'had Tahfidz Uhud Cianjur. The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The techniques used in studying the observation data, interviews, and study documentation. Data analysis was performed by data coding, data categorization and data interpretation. The results showed that the management activities of the santri recruitment included the recruitment planning process and the implementation of the santri recruitment. The recruitment process includes: 1) Establishment of the New Santri Admissions Committee. 2) The meeting of the Tahfidz santri admissions committee. 3) Making and posting announcements. 4) Registration. 5) Selection. 6) Determination of the accepted Santri. 7) Announcement of accepted students. 8) Re-register. The last process, namely; 9) Orientation of Santri.
