Bahasa inggris sebagai sebuah mata pelajaran yang diajarkan pada beberapa institusi pendidikan di Indonesia merupakan salah satu aspek penting demi memperkaya ilmu dan pengetahuan para pembelajar di Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui metode pembelajaran bahasa Inggris tingkat SMP di Sekolah Alam Bogor. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara. Peneliti mendapatkan bahwa dalam proses pembelajaran bahasa inggris Sekolah Alam Bogor Tingkat SMP menggunakan metode online-assignment, metode pembelajaran outdoor-classroom, dan metode pembelajaran social entrepreneurship.
Abstract
English as a subject taught at several educational institutions in Indonesia is an important aspect in order to enrich the knowledge of Indonesian learners. The purpose of this research was to determine the method of learning English at the junior high school level at Sekolah Alam Bogor. The research method used by the author is a qualitative descriptive research method. Researchers used data collection techniques by means of interviews. The researcher found that in the process of learning English, Sekolah Alam Bogor for Junior High School used the online-assignment method, the outdoor-classroom learning method, and the social entrepreneurship learning method.
