Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Manajemen pembinaan akhlak narapidana. 2) Faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pembinaan akhlak narapidana. 3) Solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan dalam pembinaan akhlak narapidana. Metode yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan data dengan menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Analisis data dengan model interaktif dari Miles dan Huberman yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Manajeman pembinaan Akhlak dimulai dari perencanaan yaitu pembuatan program-program kerja, jadwal pembinaan, penunjukan mitra dan pembuatan materi pembinaan akhlak. Adapun pengelompokannya atas dasar umur, jenis kelamin, lama hukum, jenis kejahatan. Materi yang digunakan adalah fikih, akidah akhlak, muhasabah diri, tauhid, baca tulis Al Qur’an dan iqro’ dan lain sebagainya. Pelaksanaannya menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi dan tanya jawab, kelompok serta praktek. Evaluasi dilakukan rutin setiap 1-5 bulan sekali oleh kepala rutan bersama ketua masing-masing sub seksi dengan hasil pelaksanaannya sesuai program yang direncanakan. 2) Faktor pendukung dan penghambat manajemen pembinaan akhlak narapidana adalah sebagai berikut a) Faktor Pendukungnya yaitu antuasias yang tinggi oleh narapidana sendiri, adanya kerjasama yang baik antara kepala, pembina, sipir, adanya dukungan dari lembaga lain serta sarana dan prasarana yang memadai. b) Faktor penghambatnya adalah adanya rasa malas dalam diri narapidana, tidak seimbangnya antara jumlah narapidana dengan kapasitas rutan, karakter narapidana yang berbeda-beda, latar belakang sosial narapidana yang berbeda-beda. 3) Solusi untuk mengatasi hambatannya yaitu bekerja sama dengan pihak luar dan pemberian motivasi kepada narapidana untuk membangkitkan batiniyah mereka.
Abstract
This study aims to determine: 1) Management of the moral development of prisoners. 2) Supporting and inhibiting factors in the moral development of prisoners. 3) Solutions to overcome problems in the moral development of prisoners. The method used is observation, interviews and documentation. Test the validity of the data by using source triangulation. Data analysis using an interactive model from Miles and Huberman, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of the study show that 1) Moral development management starts from planning, namely making work programs, coaching schedules, appointing partners and making moral development materials. The grouping is based on age, gender, length of law, type of crime. The materials used are fiqh, moral creed, self-reflection, monotheism, reading and writing the Qur'an and iqro' and so on. The implementation uses the lecture method, discussion and question and answer, group and practice methods. Evaluation is carried out routinely every 1-5 months by the head of the detention center together with the head of each sub-section with the results of the implementation according to the planned program. 2) Supporting and inhibiting factors for the management of inmates' moral development are as follows: a) Supporting factors, namely high enthusiasm by the prisoners themselves, good cooperation between the head, coaches, wardens, support from other institutions and adequate facilities and infrastructure. b) The inhibiting factor is the feeling of laziness in the prisoners, the imbalance between the number of prisoners and the capacity of the prison, the different characters of the prisoners, the different social backgrounds of the prisoners. 3) The solution to overcome the obstacles is collaborating with external parties and providing motivation to prisoners to awaken their inner self.
