Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) pelaksanaan manajemen kelas di sekolah luar biasa ABCD bakti sosial simo (2) hambatan-hambatan yang terjadi ketika melaksanakan manajemen kelas di sekolah luar biasa ABCD bakti sosial simo dan cara menanggani hambatan-hambatan tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subyek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru, dan peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus sebagai subyek pendukung. Setting penelitian di Sekolah luar biasa ABCD Bakti Sosial Simo. Metode pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan data dengan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif dari Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) pelaksanaan manajemen kelas di sekolah luar biasa dengan menggunakan pendekatan yang di sesuaikan oleh kebutuhan khusus yang dimiliki oleh peserta didik yaitu pendekatan individual, adaptasi kurikulum, pendekatan visual, diferensiasi, dan pendekatan kolaboratif, pelaksanaan manajemen kelas selanjutnya yaitu memberikan materi kepada siswa sesuai dengan kemampuan peserta didik dengan adanya pendekatan tersebut memudahkan peserta didik dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran di dalam kelas. (2) hambatan-hambatan yang terjadi ketika melaksanakan manajemen kelas yaitu kurangnya waktu, dana, fasilitas yang memadai dan kurangnya tenaga pendidik. Hambatan selanjutnya anak-anak berkebutuhan khusus kurang dalam memahami materi dan kurang berpartisipasi secara aktif ketika kegiatan di dalam kelas dengan begitu guru menggunakan pendekatan yang inklusif, responsif dan sabar dalam menghadapi peserta didik. Hambatan selanjutnya yaitu ketika berkomunikasi dengan orangtua siswa adapun hambatannya yaitu ketika orang tua tidak memahami kebutuhan khusus yang dimiliki oleh anaknya ada pula orang tua yang tidak terima atas kekurangan yang di miliki oleh anaknya.
This study aims to describe: (1) the implementation of class management in exceptional schools ABCD social patterns Simo (2) the obstacles that occur when implementing class management at extraordinary schools ABCd social pattern Simo and how to overcome these barriers. This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study are the head of school, teachers, and students with special needs as supportive topics. Setting research at the ABCD Extraordinary School of Simo's Social Bakti. Data collection methods with interviews, observations, and documentation. Test the validity of the data with source triangulation and triangulation techniques. Data analysis using interactive models from Miles and Huberman. The results of the research show that: (1) the implementation of class management in the school is exceptional by using an approach that is tailored to the special needs of the pupils, i.e. individual approach, curriculum adaptation, visual approach, differentiation, and collaborative approach, implementation the management of the next class is to provide material to the students in accordance with the ability of pupils with the presence of such an approach facilitates pupils in implementing learning in the classroom. (2) the obstacles that occur when performing class management are lack of time, funds, adequate facilities and lack of teachers. The next obstacle is that children with special needs are less able to understand the material and less actively participate in the activities in the classroom, so teachers use an inclusive, responsive and patient approach in dealing with the students. The next obstacle is when communicating with the student's parents about the obstacle, that is, when parents do not understand the special needs of their children, there are parents who do not accept the shortcomings that their children have.
