Abstract
Dalam memenuhi kebutuhan hidup manusia memiliki berbagai macam cara, akan tetapi semua tindakan itu harus sesuai dengan landasan Al-Qur’an dan Hadits. Dalam berdagang, penetapan harga menjadi salah satu unsur penting penentu dalam pembelian dan tingkat keuntungan. Demikian harga sembako juga sangat berpengaruh dalam tingkat penjualan dan minat konsumen. Banyak pedagang yang menetapkan harga semata-mata hanya mencari keuntungan yang besar. Dalam etika bisnis Islam sendiri tidak sepakat dengan semua tindakan yang akan melambungkan harga. Maka penelitian ini dengan bertujuan untuk mengetahui penetapan harga sembako di kalangan pedagang perspektif etika bisnis Islam di Kelurahan Sengkotek Samarinda. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Wawancara dilakukan kepada pedagang sembako di Kelurahan Sengkotek Samarinda. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan penelitian dapatkan menunjukkan bahwa pedagang sembako di Kelurahan Sengkotek memberikan harga dengan mempertimbangkan modal awal, melihat kemampuan/ kebutuhan pembeli, memperhitungkan keuntungan yang layak agar sama-sama adil dan bertanggung jawab atas segala keputusan yang mereka sepakati dalam harga.
There are various ways to fulfill human life's needs, but all actions must be in accordance with the foundations of the Al-Qur'an and Hadith. In trading, price setting is an important factor in determining purchases and profit levels. Thus, the price of basic necessities also has a big influence on the level of sales and consumer interest. Many traders set prices solely looking for big profits. In Islamic business ethics itself, it does not agree with all actions that will inflate prices. So this research aims to determine the pricing of basic necessities among traders from an Islamic business ethics perspective in Sengkotek Village, Samarinda. This type of research is field research. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. Interviews were conducted with basic food traders in Sengkotek Village, Samarinda. The data analysis used is a qualitative method. Based on the results of observations and research, it shows that basic food traders in Sengkotek Village provide prices by considering the initial capital, looking at the buyer's bilities and needs, taking into account appropriate profits so that they are both fair and responsible for all decisions they agree on regarding prices.
